Gradients can cause seizure and can be dangerous to your health i for one think that they are works of art and it looked at correctly than they can be relaxing. Seizures can be linked to pictures such as the on above but I have not experienced any so far so i think it is safe.

Um, I would say no because I always use Gradient backgrounds for my art that I put on my web site...I actually find them addicting. You can do so much with them, it's crazy!

seizures are the best of course. but gradients are not the cause.
P.S. besides the picture, does this have anything to do with your hero (chuck norris) whatsoever?
Wow....This picture is just a bunch of colours to me, you can't really see Chuck Norris anyways...
Don't use as many gradients next time okay.
